This is a used Parkson Sludge Dewatering Magnum Belt Press designed for a 1 meter wide belt. The machine is nonworking which is why the price is low. From what I can tell, it will need new wiring and a new belt. This was a trade for services performed therefore, I do not know much about the machine. I do know it weighs approx. 10,500 lbs.
